Google Earth (http://earth.google.com) provides a free viewer (http://earth.google.com/download-earth.html) that allows you to navigate around the Earth, and select a soaring site to access the Worldwide Soaring Turnpoint Exchange data for it.
The free viewer allows you to view the Google Earth imagery of the Earth, from different elevations and perspectives, but requires a fairly hefty PC and good internet connectivity.
